Health Care Services

The purpose all Evenglow facilities and services is to maintain independence and wellness. This is accomplished through health programs and supportive services. Residents of Evenglow benefit from many health care programs and services available on campus should their needs change.

Services and programs include programs to maintain balance and strength, rehabilitation services, a memory support center, a health center, nutrition support and consultation, social programs, activities and outings, and spiritual care

Wellness Office

Wellness is a vital part of human life. The Wellness office staff respond to physical needs of residents. Located on the 2nd floor of the Lodge, staff in the Wellness Office check blood pressure and administers flu shots in addition to routine medication administration and routine diagnostic care. The office is staffed between 5:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and again between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. For needs during non-office hours the nurses in the Tjardes Health Center will address residents’ needs.
