Outreach Services

Evenglow Living Well at Home Program is a group of helpful services available to Evenglow Residents and other mature adults in the greater Pontiac area. The Living Well at Home Program includes: Meals on Wheels, Respite Care and Adult Day Services. These services enhance the wellness, safety and security for mature adults living in private homes alone or with family. These services also provide peace of mind and freedom for family members while their loved ones enjoy an active lifestyle. Additional services being evaluated as possible additions to this program are: companion services and in-home housekeeping.

Meals on Wheels

Delicious hot lunches are prepared at Evenglow and are available for delivery to homes, 365 days a year. Each lunch includes a cold fruit or salad. Alternate selections are offered to meet the personalized preferences of each client. Special dietary needs are also carefully evaluated and managed by Evenglow’s own registered dietitian.

Scheduling for meals is flexible and the service may be used on a daily, weekly or occasional basis. Prices are reasonable and clients benefit from Evenglow’s tradition of excellent food service.
